More and more, management negotiators are finding themselves having to respond to Special Education working condition demands. This is not surprising given the ever- increasing demands placed on Special Education teachers and support staff. In this session, participants will increase their understanding of the underlying factor driving these demands and ten tips will be provided for responding to Special Education proposals at the bargaining table.
